The children (9, 10 and 13) had loads of room to run around and play. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you need to cater for a large family gathering, plenty of dinnerware, cutlery, cooking equipment etc. and a massive dining table that can easily seat 12 or more people. All the bedding and towels were clean and the kitchen was fully functional the house is Close to shops (a big Tesco and Aldi!) lots of restaurants (that cater for gluten free and vegan!) and we used the local swimming pool which the kids loved.
