A spider monkey getting ready to catch a lime that was tossed to him. The monkeys live on the islands within Lake Nicaragua. We were told that the monkeys like limes, so we tossed and handed cut limes to the monkeys. They squeezed the limes in their mouths and then rubbed the limes all over their bodies. They find it refreshing and they like the smell.
