“This property is what I would call quirky due to its age. There are steps down from the kitchenette into the lounge and steps from the lounge into the downstairs bathroom. I found the property to be clean and comfortable. Generally street parking worked ok but it’s a long walk to the seafront. ”

“The cottage is in a great location to access all parts of the island. Decor and furnishing are on the basic side, but this is more than reflected in the price. The garden has lovely views - a picnic table is provided but I suggest taking your own camping chairs for more comfy, longer term seating. The cottage is on a B road with some traffic at times but the noise was not intrusive, and was non-existent overnight. “A very pleasant place to stay in a lovely location on the western side of the island. It has lovely views over fields. The cottage was clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms and shower were of good quality. The owner was both friendly and helpful. Thank you :-)”
