“Lovely hotel up in Gora. Stayed for two nights as a relaxed stop between Tokyo and Kyoto which it was perfect for. Two nights is enough to see the major sights around Gora such as the Open Air Museum, the sulfuric volcano vents and Fuji. The room was traditional and neatly kept. Breakfast was good albeit a bit for or western tastebuds. We didn't eat dinner at the restaurant so can't say how it was. Very convenient that the hotel is next to the train and cablecar station.”

“Very clear instructions by emails after booking. Effective communication by English via email or face to face. Very helpful staff. Excellent cleanliness in common area. Walking distance to both train stations and has bus stop in front of the hostel. Has hot water, coffee & tea supplies & clear instructions on cooking ramen by microwave oven. Could be better if there is a pantry for simple cooking with an individual sink. Will return to this hostel when revisiting Mt. Fuji area again ”

“Clean and affordable. Kids loved the lofted bed and having a small private bathroom. The hostel is in a quiet neighborhood, but a very quick 3 min walk to Oishi Park and the lake. The parking lot was actually at the Oishi Park and we liked seeing the park before and after the crowds. It felt easy to park with the lot attendants.”

“館内はどこも清潔で、若いスタッフさん達の努力が感じられました。お部屋はシンプルですが、共同トイレもシャワーも待つことなくいつでも使えたのも快適でした。共用スペースも居心地よく、お茶やコーヒーが無料で飲めたのもありがたかったです。また利用したいです。”
