“Bodde hör i 4 nätter, fick ett stort rum för oss 4. Barnen gillade våningssängarna. Rena rum och hygienutrymmen. Proffsig personal och nära till tunnelbana. Frukosten består av kaffe/the/juice, rostat bröd med marmelad och soppa, man står sig iaf tills man kommer ut men inte mer. Men allt annat runt detta prisvärda boende väger upp frukosten. Finns tvättmaskin (mynt) att låna och hyfsat wi-fi. Skulle återkomma om vi besöker Tokyo igen!”

“Great location, just a short walk from Nagano Station and easy to find. It's on the same road that leads to Zenkoji Temple. For a two-night stay this met my expectations. Facilities were clean and tidy. I also had the chance to dine in at their Mash Cafe - it was a nice, cozy ambiance and the food and drinks were delicious. Staff both at check-in counter and cafe were very friendly. ”

“Perfectly fine place. Clean. Good location, takes just a few minutes walk from Tsukuba express or the ginza line. The semi-private cubicles are of good size with a wider bed and nice fluffy duvet. Easy and nice lockable box at the bed. WiFi worked well. Kitchenette on level 2 with some essentials. Showers are also there. Bathroom / toilet on the same level. The reception was super nice and helpful.”

“This is one of the most disgusting hostels I've ever seen. Everything smells horrible and there's dust and dirty everywhere you look. I read some bad reviews and thought "how bad can it really be?". It turns out it's really that bad. I tried to talk to the staff about leaving earlier because I really didn't feel comfortable there but I would have gotten no refund so I endured it and stayed for 5 nights. I've been traveling full-time for 5 months and this was by far the worst hostel I've seen.”

“I didn’t read any reviews before booking as I was in a hurry, but be aware!! - the hostel is directly under a metro so it feels like a mini earthquake every 5 minutes! But luckily the trains stop running for some hours during night, and earplugs are provided :) other than that the hostel is super!! Clean, modern, comfortable, convenient, has good privacy and individual lamp, power outlet and curtains, and has a nice shared kitchen! ”
