“We were only there 1 night so didn’t experience much. Rooms were clean and spacious with full kitchen. Breakfast is nice bonus. Perfect location for visit to University of Louisville and also super close to Churchill Downs.”

“The place has character and seems to be well taken care of. Breakfast is different and well prepared, but not that filling. Our biggest problem was not getting any hot water in the shower or the bathroom sink tap even after letting the water run for 20 minutes with the knob turned to the max on the right hand side (tried other settings too). And the bnb message about the access code did not arrive “within 48h of check-in” as given in the Expedia description, but just 5 hours before check-in,...

“They took the reservation, they did not keep the reservation. We showed up at 7 pm, after a long day, only to find they double sold our room. They also reported prioritizing direct reservations over those from third party sources like Expedia. While they did assist us in getting a room at a better property, they did not send over the correct paperwork. Took us almost two hours to get to a room. We have stayed in this hotel multiple times without issue. Also, the front desk did the best...

“Well located B&B in old Louisville. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast each morning was a culinary treat! Truly delicious food. Annette, our Innkeeper, was absolutely delightful. She was helpful and informative. The carpet in 3rd floor bedrooms are overdue for replacement. But it is a charming property. We also had James working at the inn during our stay, and he was very helpful as well. Staff that we interacted with were outstanding.”

“First of all, Let’s get into how I did not know my room was going to be that big! I got the one King bedroom and I loved the floorspace and it had a huge tv! There a few architectural flaws like rust but that’s all nothing big. I loved the service at the front desk, the lady at breakfast was really nice helping me even though we didn’t get to make our own food and last but not least, the nightly price was amazing!!! I will definitely stay again”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself is older and rundown. The rooms weren't as clean as I would have preferred but they were acceptable. The property is also located by a very busy street and you could hear traffic and commotion outside all night long. I would not choose to stay here again.”
