“Did not get proper instructions for check in process through Expedia. Also, no parking available at private property location. Had to park 2 blocks away from property and pay extra 30 dollars for which should have been included with renting property. Overall very disappointed and will not use Expedia again”

“It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. “We just spent the night. The beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was big, we had lots of hot water for showers and it was clean. Staff was super friendly I think one of the friendliest staffs at a hotel I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was yummy. They had a pancake maker instead of a waffle maker, which was different, but we enjoyed it. The downside was we did hear a lot of sirens and traffic noise. There is also lots of construction in the area.”
