“I loved how we were in the center of everything but I did have some problems with checking out from the website. The staff helped me with the check out steps though so it wasn’t a big issue.”

The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. “Parking was secure and location was amazing! Right on the river and close to everything. The walking trail is behind the building. The building itself is worth the trip. Rec room, gym, an art gallery and so many chill out spaces. The flat is so comfortable and clean. Soft blankets, pillows and rugs you can sink your toes in. We loved all the little decorating touches, Go Reds! Also the communication couldn't have been better, such a wonderful owner and experience! ”

“Our room was spotless. It looked like it had just been redone. We came to Cincinnati for a concert at Megacorp Pavilion. The hotel was a 4 maybe 5 minute walk to it ! Would highly recommend”
