“Parking was easy. The bathroom needed a little spiffing up but was handled. The bed was comfy. I would suggest replacing the frying pans.”

The only tricky thing was parking. The upper unit shares a parking space in the driveway, so only one car can park in the driveway unless you can coordinate. Street parking was not hard, but just something to be aware of.”

“Building was clean and access was easy and safe (multiple key entries and cameras). Unit was up three flights, but I wasn't too winded upon getting to the third floor lol.
