“Overall the hotel was clean, the staff was courteous and the amenities ok but we had a room facing the highway and couldn't sleep. The staff offered ear plugs the second night and that helped somewhat. The location did provide easy access to major highways.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! The rooms are dirty, the staff is unreasonable and rude. I stayed here many times before and the first sight one issue they treat you inhumane. They should be shut down and tore down for the prices they charge and the way they treat paying customers. Will never stay here again. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!”

“Nice and very quiet regardless location close t a busy-hwy. Walmart a few hundred yards away so easy to pickup any forgotten items. Friendly staff. Breakfast was only a snack but ok.”

“The description of the hotel is not truth. It is not in galleria area. The area is unsafe, people were playing music loud without any restriction from one of the room. The park area was dirty and dark, unsafe area in general. They didn’t let me cancel the reservation when I saw the condition of the hotel. Really bad answer in the front desk nothing by phone too. Expedia didn’t solve nothing about this experience and I was charged with full price. There is not respect for the customer in this...

“A descent hotel, we only stayed one night. The room didn’t have a sealing light which made it very dark in the room. The carpet was good, it didn’t feel as filthy as the other hotels we’ve been to. But still need to be renovated, very outdated furniture. ”
