“Very disappointing experience. I had fully prepaid for my stay, but upon arrival I was denied check-in without any prior notice or clear communication. The situation took several hours to sort out and left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations and pursue a refund. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication and customer support throughout the process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.”

“Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!”

“Only downside is there is no air conditioning. Our room was ok at night, but very warm and stuffy in the evening. (It was a 30 degree Celsius day)”
