“This was my 4th stay at the wonderful James Bay Inn. I love the James Bay neighbourhood. It is so quiet and peaceful. The Emily Carr house is half a block away. The amazing duck pond at Beacon Hill Park is two blocks away. I always look forward to the warm welcome I get when checking in. Thank you Hedy! I tend to arrive a bit early for my stays. I have never had to wait! I am back again in the new year!”

“We totally enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The location is close to downtown and the main tourist sites and excellent restaurants. Very affordable Would recommend.”

“Bra men inte jättebra. Prisvärt.”

“We loved this spot! The staff were so friendly, the bed was really comfortable, and it’s located in a really convenient area. The rooms were stocked with coffee and a French press. It’s dog friendly and the lawn is really well maintained. The hot tub/heated pool was so nice in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again!”

“AC was a bit old and noisy”

“Bra rum, nytt, rent, rymligt. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Minus att det inte serveras frukost.”

“Everything is perfect whenever I visit here”

“I was on a solo retreat and had the pool area to myself. I loved the special touches of a welcome drink and a bag of goodies for the Halloween season. The views were fabulous and it was a wonderful stay. I only wish I had booked for a longer stay.”

“Everything was more than acceptable, have stayed at this location on numerous occasions and will continue to do so. Cheers”

“As a local, I know the area and hidden details of properties when booking online. I recently stayed at a high-profile hotel on the inner harbour, and my stay at this property, based on all the details, is a 10/10. This accommodation is best suited for those looking for a quiet, clean, affordable stay. Highlights include the incredible staff, especially front desk Charlene (Spelling?), Housekeeping. (all of them!) Free parking, proximity to the bus, shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. ...

“Located on the top floor which was perfect since you couldnt hear the other people staying there. Large and comfortable bed, jacuzzi in the room was perfect after a full day out. Became quiet in the evening around 21.30 which for our type of stay in Victoria. Would go back”
