"Good staff. When we booked late in on visit non refundable it says on the website that the pool is open until march 2026. After we have paid we’ve got a message that the pool was closed due to renovation..and we could not cancel.."

"This is my preferred hotel when starting business trips from Europe. It’s the perfect place to recover after a long flight — early breakfast is available, and it’s just a short walk to Circular Quay for a refreshing morning run and a chance to enjoy the true Sydney feeling. This time, I stayed at the hotel at the end of my trip as well, and added a Saturday tour: Wildlife, Waterfalls and Wine Small Group Tour with Steve (“the other Steve”). It was a fantastic way to experience stunning scenery, beautiful beaches, and the wine district all in one day."

"Fantastic hotel in the heart of Sydney. The hotel lived up to our expectations and the facilities were generally of a high standard. However, the hotel could use some improvement in its gym. The staff were service-oriented and helpful. Would definitely recommend the hotel and will return on our next visit to Sydney."
