This brand new and modern familyVilla is located in a secluded, peaceful part ofthe Municipality of Cista provo, not far from the town of Imotski, beautiful beaches of the entire Makarska Riviera and the city of Split. It's surrounded by lush Croatian greenery and an impressive mountain range. It is easily accessible by road, but the villa offers full privacy with a quiet countryside setting.The Villa consists of two spacious floors which have one fully equipped kitchen with modern and new appliances connected with a dining area, a living room with large sofas, 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with two single beds. All bedrooms provide all amenities for cozy stay.There are 3 spacious bathrooms with showers and one guest toilet. On the first floor, in addition to all the above, there is also a large area that functions as a living room / entertainment area. Cozy sofas can be converted into sofa beds for two more guests. There is a huge open terrace with a view of the surroundings, and guests can use it like a perfect spot for a glass of wine at sunset. There is a large billiard table where you can test your skill in this interesting game and spend time with your friends and family. Villa provides WiFi, 2 large smart TVs, two powerful A/C (one at each floor) and enough space for parking up to 10 cars. The living room and kitchen on the ground floor lead out onto the large outdoor terrace with garden furniture. From a terrace there is a short walk to the private and large swimming pool, where you can refresh during hot summer days. Pool area offers sun loungers where you can relax under the shade of the sun umbrellas. There is also an outdoor dining space if you decide to dine alfresco. Guests are free to use the outdoor BBQ area, located near to the outdoor dining area and swimming pool. Children's outdoor playground provides trampoline, slide and swing so the youngest ones can enjoy their vacations too.During your stay you can;
- Make a reservation for Traditional Dalmatian dinner with additional payment.- With the previous request Villa can accommodate 2 guests more at sofa beds with additional payment per guest per day.IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:CHECK IN time is from 4 PM.CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM.
Security damage deposit is 400,00 EUR in cash upon your check in.
Young groups are accepted with previous requests and the damage deposit is 50,00 € per guest upon arrival.
For visits lasting longer than 7 days, we change the bedroom sheets and bathroom towels every 7 days.
Pets are not allowed!
Baby bed can be provided only with a previous request.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00, please be respectful of this!
No parties and loud music during your stay!

Southern Croatian historic town in the hinterland of Split is Imotski and Lovreć is settled in a near vicinity. The Topana fortress from the 10th century rises above the roofs of the stone houses and provides a unique panoramic view of the town and its surrounding area. The fortress itself houses a votive church dedicated to Our Lady of the Angels, the patron saint of the town. Not far from fortress Topana are the famous Blue Lake, a popular swimming spot of the locals, and the Red Lake, a natural phenomenon and the deepest karst lake in Europe with a depth of 528 m.
