Plastic protector under bedsheets, making noise when moving in bed.
Very small room, no desk, no space for suitcase.â

âThey did not know that we were gold members and we had to inform the staff of the fact that we had benefits available to us. Additionally, we went to retrieve our vehicle and were 20 minutes over the 24 hour mark. They charged us for a full extra day (24 hour rate of $50) instead of for the extra time. This was really disappointing. â
