“Privacy was not as advertised. Amenities were poorly maintained. All but a few of the spa jets were disassembled and laying in a pile next to the spa when we arrived. The headrest in the spa was nowhere to be found. Door latches and locks not operational. We could smell the septic tank from the spa. We could see and hear the people in the neighboring properties from our deck and spa. We could hear children screaming from inside our accommodation. Beds were hard and uncomfortable.
