“We had a great stay with plenty of space for family. Location cannot be beat for ski access. There were a few more stairs than I had expected.”

“We went Spring Skiing in Steamboat and had a great time at this location. It wasn't a bad walk to and from the base or you could take the shuttle. The home was as described, well appointed kitchen and we cooked almost every meal there. Surpisingly the kids (just out of college) had a blast with all the puzzles that were there and many other games. “The kitchen badly needs updated cooking utensils and knives. Also, some kind of wireless stereo unit. The stereo in the unit has cassettes and disks. They went out of style 15 years ago. Even a single bose speaker would work. Otherwise unit was very nice.”

“Everything was great except the 2 car parking limit at the house. Had to find a parking lot downtown and there are one.”

“Overall the location can’t be beat. The property van will give you a ride anywhere you want to go. The only downside is the unit is somewhat worn, the TVs never worked during our entire stay (even though they tried multiple times to “6“ them) ceiling fan in the living room never worked. The TV was a big deal as we had planned a Super Bowl get together with friends, and us with it never working weren’t able to do that.”

“Pros: 5 adults stayed over Memorial Day weekend and we enjoyed spending time in the kitchen space and deck. Owners were very responsive and made the stay comfortable. Had plenty of cups, towels and other necessities for the weekend Cons: There were dead flies around the bedroom window sills and some mold. King size bed is pretty worn in and dips in on each side. Brush to clean dishes also needs to be replaced. We would’ve liked additional comfy seating in the living room so we could all hang...

“High quality place and very clean. But it sleeps 10 and has parking for only 2 cars. Logistically very difficult. You’ll need to call nomadness customer service, which is based in CA, for them to send you a parking pass (they’ll tell you only maybe) that you’ll then have to print (hope you’ve got a printer lying around!). Also it only lists 8 bed spots in the description but there are indeed 10.”
