“Very clean and cozy. You could tell that all the little details were considered from added pet supplies to the sound machine for sleeping. Hot tub was very nice and the fenced area was easy for taking out the dog without a leash. The fireplace was great and the kitchen had everything you could need.”

“We have stayed at Charming Beaver several times and it never disappoints. It has everything we need and always enjoy breathtaking views, hot tub and great porch just sit and relax. The only recommendation I would have is to try and get rid of the large spiders on the side outside of screened in porch. The web was huge along with several f the spiders. We will be back next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us!”

“Overall it was a nice beautiful property. However the hot water would only last us a few minutes at a time. Everything else was stellar and the proximity to the town was very convenient. It would of been great if a BBQ would of been on site. Its important to note that the property says its good for 3 people, there is only one bed and the sofa is not a pull out and its quite small. ”

“Beautifully decorated home and very comfortable! Perfect stop for our family to stay overnight while traveling. The fenced backyard was a plus! Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to from 85. Would definitely stay again. ”

“This place needs work and host needs to be honest when we picked this place we thought it would be a good place but upon arriving it took us 30 min to get the door unlocked we teied severl phone calls and tex messages finally after putting in code and trying everything to access property we paid for then after inside the washer and dryer had signs saying its out of order veey unprofessional to not disclose theses issues .”
