“We had an excellent stay. All of the staff we spoke to were super friendly and polite. The room was lovely, and the staff had gone to the extra effort to decorate for my partners birthday, which was a really nice surprise for him. We enjoyed using the spa, the bar and the breakfast buffet. It was a perfect base for exploring the local area, and somewhere we could come back and relax in the evenings. All for a very reasonable rate, would stay again. ”

Friendly, helpful staff in breakfast but average quality and way to much waiting when the stations run out of food and drinks since the foodspace was to small for such a big hotel Evening Resaurant really good food but expensive”

“Rooms were very clean , all staff really smartly dressed and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast we payed for and were very pleased with , it had all that we needed (sausage , bacon, egg , hash brown, beans etc )and juice , coffee and im sure if you looked (which i didn't) there were vegetarian and vegan options also. We visited the spa while there and was very impressed with the amenities and also we had massages ...excellant we thought .”

"It looks nice on the outside but it’s very shabby and old on the inside. Breakfast was only so so with no decent bread or cereal. It so loud nd noisy that you can’t sleep after anyone in the hotel has woken up and started moving around. "

"The hotel was ok, nothing special, upon arriving, it had a sports bar downstairs, very loud and messy, lots of alcohol and heavy drinking. It was self checkin and everyone who was checking in had issues so someone had to come and help. For a 4 star at this price, it should not be self checkin. I had an issue with the room and they changed me immediately but the walls at this hotel very thin, you could hear everything from the room next door. Gym and pool was not included it was an extra price, once again when you pay 1700 SEK a night, these should be included. Breakfast was average."
