Huge game room, Hot tub, Sleeps 16+ with Bonus loft, ATV Snowmobile Trails

Bring the whole family to this great mountain get away with lots of room for fun. There are 3 big areas to hang out. A huge game room with pool table, corn hole, foosball, tv and more awaits! The main great room, kitchen and dining area has a huge table to gather for meals and tv sitting area with beautiful mountain range views. Hot tub and fire pit are just off the lower living room. ATV /snowmobile trails to Peoh Point are located just outside the neighborhood gate. 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms so everyone has space to relax. There’s a Bonus loft that sleeps 4 (age appropriate of course). Just 10 minutes from downtown Cle Elum and 15 minutes from the historic town of Roslyn. This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood. This is not a party house. Noise complaints will be fined up to $700 per infraction by the HOA at any time of the day. Fines will be past on to the guests. There is a noise decibel reader located by the outdoor fire pit to protect guests and the property from noise complaints. It does not record conversations just the decibel volume. For security there are 3 ring cameras located at the property. A doorbell cam at the front door and 2 cameras on the front of the house facing the driveway. These cameras do not record conversations only just video for security.

Host very responsive (sub 5min min responses) Very baby friendly. Easy access, great view! The 4 private bedrooms were just the right size.Minor Cons: small kitchen for a cabin if you’re doing a lot of cooking, heating system somewhat inconsistent, different rooms could get very hot / cold at different times of day.

We all loved the house! The main area is expansive and comfortable. Snow started falling the day we arrived and disappeared the day we drove home. Our grandchildren (ages 2-7) had such fun sledding right next to the house.

This property was awesome. We had a large age span and all the kids and adults had a great time with the game room and video games. Location was great, felt private but also close to all local attractions. Golf, hiking and sight seeing! The house was even better than the pictures show. Kodi was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Definitely recommend!

Cousin’s Weekend in the Snow

Even though the snow turned out to be hard-pack, the grandkids still had a great time. There is a great sledding run just outside the great room 2-story windows so those who prefer to can sit inside, all toasty warm sipping your coffee or whatever and enjoy watching the kids play, with an awesome the Stuart Range in the distance.The house is very nice, built in 2018, and nicely furnished. It has a great room including a sitting area with a fireplace and a large screen tv, a dining area, and one of the best appointed kitchen we’ve ever seen in a rental.There is a huge amount of room with an oversized garage converted to a fun room (foosball. hoops, a pool table, 4’ tall Connect Four game, and a sitting area with a tv) AND another complete living space downstairs with more games! The place easily held the 17 of us, the beds were comfortable, and to top it all off, the host is super responsive!The only thing that might discourage someone is that if the conditions are icy, as they were this MLK weekend, you will probably need AWD and good snow tires or chains to navigate the 500 foot long driveway with about a 25’ drop.Great location, great house, great host!

Annual family Christmas in CleElum

Had such a fantastic time at this beautiful house! As the babies keep coming and our family keeps growing, we need a larger space every year for our annual family Christmas week in the mountains. This house met all of our needs, was plenty big enough, and had the best extra space with a large playroom to accommodate all the fun we had going on. Beautiful view, super private, and such great communication with the owner made our time perfect! The owners were very accommodating and we appreciated everything so much. Just had a fantastic time and made some of the best memories for our family. Thank you again!

Incredible stay for a golf weekend

Kodi’s house was the perfect vacation spot for a long weekend of golfing. The place is huge and comfortable. The game room was a big bonus! Tons of space inside and outside but the best part is how secluded and private the home is without being too far from town, golf courses, the river and nearby lakes. We’d love to come back and stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Was an incredible experience. Property was clean, well-managed, and exactly as advertised. Had a small issue with the hot tub losing power and Kodi was there to fix it right away. If I could give it a 15/10 I would.
