As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas stone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 60” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious covered patio with heaters, gas fire pit, gas BBQ, and a large private hot tub.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 3. The large dining table is just steps away and seats 8 comfortably.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
•The main floor master has a king size bed, smart TV, and direct access to the hot tub. The attached bath has a large soaking tub, tile shower, dual sinks, and heated tile floor.
•The guest bedroom on the main floor features a queen size bed, smart TV, and has direct access to a bath w/shower directly across the hallway.
•The junior master on the second floor features a king size bed, smart TV, and a private bath w/shower.
•The 2nd bedroom on the upper floor has a queen bed, and shares a large dual sink bathroom with the bunk room.
•The bunk room off the bonus room is furnished with two sets of twin over full bunk beds.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, so please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The home is protected with external security cameras facing the front of the house.
