We had the BEST birthday weekend here! The house is absolutely badass — even better than the pictures. Super clean, spacious, and perfect for a fun group getaway. Everything was set up perfectly and made it easy to just relax and celebrate. We made so many great memories here. 10/10 would book again!

Amazing Spot for Friendsgiving Gathering!

Our group of 5 couples loved this beautiful home for our annual Friendsgiving weekend. The two kitchens were perfect to prepare our meal and the house was large and comfortable to fit all of us without being on top of each other. There were so many great touches throughout the home to make it cozy and fun!

Best vacation house we've ever experienced!

Our three-generation family was in town for a wedding and absolutely loved this home. The teenagers had a variety of hangout spaces and the main floor nicely accommodated our human tendency to gather around the kitchen. It was also luxurious for each bedroom to have it's own bathroom. Quiet morning coffee on the patio overlooking the hills and evening soaks in the hot tub were perfect bookends to our days. We were pulled away from the house for the wedding festivities and wished we had even longer in this incredible and beautiful space. It had everything we needed. Thank you!

Perfect for a large group!

We stayed a week here with families, friends, and kids who ranged from 8mo to 10yo. Everyone had a great time. There are lots of activities inside and around the house to keep the kids busy. The hot tub is nice and hot. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens we have encountered as a large group. We had a few questions and a wasp issue in the yard and someone was out to help us within an hour or two (maybe even less). We also all appreciated the amazing sound proofing of the house; when kids played in the morning, the adults didn't hear them and when adults played at night, we didn't have to worry about waking the kids. The pool was a 5-7min walk and worked out for our group. Thanks for a great time!

BBQ Caught on Fire

Overall this is a decent spot in a good location. They do have a lot of rules and restrictions for the property which are not disclosed until after booking. Only issue is that the BBQ grill caught on fire while preheating. It had not been cleaned in years and had extensive carbon guildup. Grease trap was overflowing. Very dangerous.

Beautiful home

Thank you for letting us stay at your welcoming home! We enjoyed our stay a lot! The house is clean, beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for our big group. We enjoyed playing lots of games provided and a hot tub in the evenings. Relaxing and Comfortable

From the moment we arrived, we knew we made a great choice. Plenty of fully furnished, clean, and ready to go bedrooms. A wonderful hot tub, deck space and patio space with plenty of space, seating, and activities. In addition, two full kitchens ready to go with plenty of quality dishes, spices, and appliances that all worked. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra pillows, comforters, and all those little extras from games to several TVs for the kids.

Perfect!

We have an immediate family reunion every year. This house provided enough space, beds and things to do for ages ranging from 5-72. The proximity to the neighborhood pool is perfect and the pool is large enough to accommodate everyone when it’s busy. The house was clean, tidy and amenities plentiful. The man again company was immediate at responding to any texts or questions we had. They were polite, informative and responsive. Overall a perfect stay and we will return to this property no doubt!

Great house for large group!

We had a great time at the coal chute lodge with our friends and family! The kitchen was fully stocked with gadgets and there were so many games for the kids to play and places for everyone to sleep. Loved it!

Big House for a big family!

We booked the house to entertain 16 people and we had heads in beds! The house was big enough for all of us to have a room and we were able to make use of both the main kitchen as well as the downstairs kitchen for kids. Plenty of dishes for what the house can accommodate, which was a major plus as well which is rare for a family as big as ours. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood.

The best weekend!

The house has all you need! Celebrating a family birthday and wanting to hang out past babies bedtime this house was perfect for that! There whole downstairs was it’s own little bar or the garage area which was so quiet to the rest of the house! We loved it!

Large, comfortable and great views.

A few friends and I had a board game weekend here. The property was great. Many rooms and multiple tables allowed us to split off and have a couple different games going at once. Very large dining table also allowed us to all sit together for meals. Comfortable furniture and beds. All around great stay.

Great for large groups!

A large group of friends and I stayed in this house for a long weekend. It accommodated our large group (16 people) very well. It is also just a few minute drive to some bars, cafes, restaurants, etc. As well as a beautiful beach with amazing views. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely recommend this place!
