“What a great spot to stay in Clear Lake! Everything was perfect for our group of five couples who were in town for a concert at The Surf. We had plenty of space and the house was clean and very nicely done. We had everything we needed and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Great spot for any group to stay. “I had business in town and my wife came with for the 4th. We do not have a boat but the access to the water by way of the dock was fantatic! She floatied around with the ducks for days. Property location was excellent right next to an ice cream shop. Everything we needed and more...deck..fire pit...lots of indoor space....just a nice property. Oh ...and owners were fantastically accommodating. Thanx!”

“We had a really nice time staying at Swordfish Dog Retreat. The house was clean, well appointed, and wonderfully decorated. It is within walking distance to the downtown and the lake. The lower level was stocked with everything you need to make your dog comfy and the fenced in yard was great too! Mike and Abby were easy to contact about check in and anything else we needed. We hope to stay again in the near future. ”

“We came to the area from out of town to visit family. As a mother of several adult children, I wanted a relaxing atmosphere with a more homey feel than a hotel. The house is beautiful. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances. And the property was located in walking distance to downtown, shops as well as the beach and water front. Definitely want to come back. ”

“We had the BEST time staying here! The location was perfect!! Just a few minutes walk to the beach, room for our ENTIRE family, games to play, enough space for privacy & cozy spaces for everyone to gather comfortably.
