“Very serene location in a resort community. House was spacious and well equipped with anything you would want. Great wifi. Very nice grill for our group to have a fun dinner. We never even got to try the community pool The area is an absolute gem with eclectic shops and spectacular views. The state park is a short drive away and well worth an afternoon on a clear day.Overall, I would recommend this property and use it again. The only MINOR tweaks I would suggest are upgraded mattresses...

Clean, rustic and very homey all at once :-) When we arrived the A/C wasn’t working properly but Anthony was very responsive and had his HVAC company there promptly to fix the issue. Highly recommend this place for a stay along with the surrounding scenery and activities (hiking, scenic views ,etc)”

“Remote location with a fantastic view. Many wildlife to observe. The only thing that did not meet expectation is the noise from the main road across the valley. The cabin is still secluded and hard to see from the road when driving. The house and kitchen are stocked with a lot of things. Recommend for a getaway to enjoy God's creation.”

“This cabin was very cozy and had plenty of space for my teenage son and pre-teen daughter to spread out and have their own space. We spent most of our evenings together in the family room playing games or watching a movie. The cabin is located in a beautiful, quiet community. It was a short 5 minute walk from the cabin to the community's outdoor pool, which is well maintained. The cabin is also conveniently located--an easy drive to downtown Berkeley Springs and the Cacapon State Park.”

Not only was it spotless and clean, this house also gave us the perfect escape from our city life with its plush hotel bedding, hot tub, and breathtaking view of WV’s rolling hills and mountains.My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary, and while we may have come to visit historic Berkeley Springs, we LOVED being able to come back to this place and call it “home” for the weekend. We would love to revisit this home again in the future! ”

“I went looking for peace and I found it in Berkeley Springs WV. Tony was a VERY attentive host and every message ( big and small) was gifted a swift response. The check in was simple, the cabin is literally as pictured. We did have a small hiccup 2 days shy of checking out.. the fridge stopped worked after a small storm. Again, Tony was on top of this issue but I honestly didn’t want to wait for a tech to come ( especially since the technician offered no ETA) on our last 2 days of vacation. I...

“This was a great property! Clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Love the screened porch. There was a big field to the side where we did our “camping Olympics” and great for the dog to run around. The creek was good for floating and there were some nice trails. Close to a grocery store but still completely secluded. Quick communication with the host.WiFi was shoddy- but was better if all of us were not on it at the same time- we don’t use it much anyway. . Would be great to have a better...

“The property was clean and it's quiet spot, easy to access, private, beautiful views, perfect for a short stay or a long stay in any weather. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and host was very responsive over text. There was a power outage in the area our first evening and the host stayed in touch to make sure it came back on. Loved it, would absolutely book again!”

The house itself was immaculate and was perfect for our couple's getaway to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The hot tub on the balcony was amazing.
