“The secluded cabin was a perfect place to rest after hiking and biking. We appreciated the cleanliness of the cabin, as well as how tastefully it was decorated. Will definitely recommend this VRBO to friends. The only possible suggestion I can think to offer is perhaps some lounge chairs for the deck.”

“We had a wonderful time and rarely left the property! We stayed during the week so the campground was quiet. The cabin is very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The decks overlooking the river were a favorite spot for coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evenings. Although we did not get into the hot tub, it did look lovely. Our water time was spent in the river where we saw deer, a hawk diving and catching his dinner, fish jumping and even a beaver! We love the cabin and...

“This Coolfont cabin was the perfect weekend home for our family of four (and our dog). Friendly staff at the lodge welcomed us with giant smiles and answered all our of questions. The cabin was cozy and warm with ample space. Large, clean bathrooms. Especially loved the wood stove. We enjoyed the hiking and biking trails nearby, as well as the on-site restaurant, on-site pool and brew pub just across the street. Will definitely be back!”

“Our stay was outstanding. The accommodations were perfect for a weekend couple get-away in the woods. Our unit was clean and very well furnished and decorated. The surrounding property was spectacular. We had the pleasure to meet the really nice hosts, and even got to tour the other rentals on the property. We will definitely be returning in a future visit to Berkely Springs. Fun little town. Take a hot mineral bath at the Spa just like George Washington.”

“We stayed for a quick last minute getaway. Lots of value for the price. The house was well stocked with necesseties and mostly clean. It could use a more regular deep clean as the windwsills by the kids bed had old bugs, cobwebs on some decor and under the couch trundle bed was very dirty. There wasnt wifi and the number that was left for us couldnt be used on the house phone. None of this hindered our stay though. Hot tub was the reason we booked and very easy to use and enjoy. no neighbors on...

“We enjoyed our stay. It is cozy but a great view. We liked the wood burning stove. We brought our own wood. There was some wood on the property but needed to be split. “Our time away here was just what we needed as we celebrated our 35th anniversary. We loved the privacy and away-from-it-all feel. Appreciated the available movie DVD’s. Hot tub was great!. “One of my favorite things about the house is the location! If you havent been to berkeley springs its a must. Chalet Cree is situated just outside town and close to town. But far enough outside that its so peaceful and quiet. The home has plenty of space and is in good shape. Will definitely be making a trip back to stay again!”

“A great little cabin in a secluded spot. Exactly what we were looking for in our stay. It is in the woods so be prepared for that experience. Enjoyed the hot tub, the kitchen was stocked well for the little bit of cooking we did, and our dogs Tucker and Toby loved laying on the deck watching for any wildlife, which we did have deer and turkeys on the property during our stay. A great place for privacy and getting away from reality for awhile!”
