Kör in i Sky Mountain Farm och upp en 1/3 mil uppfart till vår exklusiva avskilda timmerstuga med badtunna och öppen spis. Se rådjur och en och annan svartbjörn på väg. Luktar det naturliga träet när du kommer in i stugan. Sitta i vardagsrummet, sovrummet eller cederträdet och titta på gräset i grönt gräs och den strömmande strömmen under säsongen och vandringsleder på 16 tunnland. Njut av badtunnan under stjärnorna och månskenet. Massor av vandring och promenader Sky Mountain Farm fastighet. Bara två mil norr om Cacapon State Park (Cacapon Resort).

Vår stuga har tre sovrum och en bäddsoffa för soffa, sova 8 vuxna bekvämt. Vi har också två badrum och ett fullt utrustat kök. Koppla av i det bekväma familjerummet och njut av måltiderna tillsammans i vår mysiga matsal. Eller så kan du njuta av en omgång fotboll i vårt spelkrok. Vår stuga har en 3/4 wrap runt däck med utsikt över ihåliga och en hängmatta för att njuta av vinden. Och glöm inte badtunnan, som är öppen året runt.

Vi är två mil norr om Cacapon State Park and Resort, som erbjuder vandring, kajakpaddling, lekplats, picknickområde och paviljong. en badstrand, ridning, golf, wobble leror, en lodge för möten, evenemang och logi och campingstugor.

Om du gillar staden finns det många alternativ för restauranger, underhållning och shopping. Berkeley Springs State Park erbjuder massage och terapeutiska vårbad. Det finns också flera spa i staden att välja mellan. Och om det är konst du är ute efter, erbjuder alla våra butiker lokal konst och hantverk.

Lovely, private cabin in the woods

This cabin is really cute, though it isn't large - there seems to be room for a lot because of how well it was designed. It was super quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Lots of little details made it special. We enjoyed the (new?) hot tub on the deck, and found the beds to be very comfortable. The showers and bath tubs were all nice and clean.There was everything we wanted in the kitchen. Unlike many rental properties, the utensils and pots are in good condition, so if you're a cook, you'll find all the standard tools. We didn't see any food items or spices, (which was fine by us), so if you're cooking, plan to bring what you need. The loft was a really fun surprise play space for my daughter. She liked to go up there and draw in her coloring book. I enjoyed walking down to the creek. It was a small trickle of water with a few pools, but quiet and calm. Definitely not suitable for swimming, as it's tiny. Use bug spray to keep the bugs, ticks, and chiggers away, as with all hikes in the woods...

The property was awesome. Very secluded, very clean, fully stocked. Check in is a little late and check out a little early, but would definitely stay again. The property was incredible with only little things like the electric fireplaces or the bubbles on the hottub not working. Plenty of space for a whole family, and plenty to do if you bring dogs.

Great spot for family of 5! Close to everything.

Cabin was lovely in a secluded spot. Close to Cacapon park hiking, horseback riding, and shotgun shooting. Also Morgan County Observatory was close. Of course Berkley Speings was nice too! Rounded out each day in the hot tub!

Weekend getaway

Was looking for a 3 day weekend getaway to celebrate my adult daughter’s birthday. We wanted to be close to Cacapon State Park for hiking. Also needed a dog friendly place. This place checked all the boxes. We slept in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and both beds were comfy. The house was both rustic with all of the wood interior as well as cute. Cleanliness is high in my list and I found this place to be quite clean. Internet service is a bit spotty but we managed with no big problems. The town of Berkeley Springs is very close which is a plus. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening. I would definitely recommend this place. Host was very responsive and very kind.

Girls Weekend

Peaceful, quiet, remote retreat. Enjoyed the hot tub and the beds were comfy. Walked around town and bought some treasures from the antique stores. Would recommend and will stay again.

Great cabin

Great cabin and had a great time. Very private. Only complaint would be that there’s not much of a “yard” area. The fire pit is also located in the driveway and nestled up against a steep hillside, so sitting around the fire at night was a little awkward. Overall would recommend.

Peaceful Cabin

This is a very quiet, peaceful location. The cabin was adequately sticked with starter supplies and linens. The few issues we had, Gina was on top of correcting and none were due to neglect or anything, just standard things. My biggest suggestion is plan to cook most of your meals in the cabin as the restaurants in town are not the greatest and there is only one grocery store.

Privacy

If you're looking for something out of the way and seek privacy, this is the spot for you. Close to a very large state park, with many different activities. The town of Berkeley Springs is very nice. Definitely worth a visit.

Lovely spot among the treetops!

If you are looking for someplace where you won’t see neighbors, yet are still close to town, you won’t be disappointed. The back deck and hot tub were the highlights. The host was VERY responsive. Perfect Hide Away

My wife and I spent weekend looking peace and quiet. It rained the entire weekend. We listen to the rain while drinking coffee and wine. Could’ve found a more relaxing location. Will definitely rent again.

Quick trip area

My wife and I were in the Berkeley Springs area for an event at Ft. Frederick. We wanted a quiet, secluded spot to spend our down time together. This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Once you are at the cabin you are in a world all your own, and the hot tub overlooking what may as well be your private, wooded valley is amazing (particularly after being outside in a cold drizzle most of the day). There isn't much in the area, but the important stuff (grocery store, convenience store, gas station) is about 15 minutes up the road, which was perfect since we cooked and ate most of our meals at the cabin. If you're coming to the area for the night life, fine dining or such .... you may be in the wrong place. The interior could use some more / better lighting in areas and the driveway is not made for low setting vehicles. That's it, my only two observations (can't even call them negative observations). We will absolutely stay here in the future if we return to the area.

Girls Weekend!

First 2024 Girls Weekend went off with a bang ‼️ Spending a weekend gossiping and giggling with my friends is one awesome experience. This cabin is big enough for 6 ladies to relax and enjoy hanging out with a keg of Fireball and Jell-O shots! Cozy bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms enhance your comfort. We had a little trouble with the hot tub and even with great instructions from Host Gina, she still had to send her hubby to our rescue. Extremely quiet and secluded , yet your drive into town (Berkeley Springs) is under 10 minutes at best. I would recommend this property and Host. You won’t regret it.

Absolute gem hidden in the woods!

Wow, what a wonderful and cozy cabin! The house feels very new and well cared for and everything from the bedding to the furniture to the pots in the kitchen are well thought out and comfortable for guests. The spacing inside the house is perfect for a family or group. It is extremely quiet and peaceful and surrounded by forest but a quick drive to town and to hiking trails in Cacapon State Park. The host is very responsive and kind. It was not a problem for us but the only thing to note is that Wi-Fi did not work during our visit so we would not recommend someone come with the intention to work while staying.
