“Hallo Kevin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist 3 Gehminuten zum Strand perfekte Lage. Das Golf kart war sehr praktisch wenn man mal mehr mitnehmen möchte zum Strand. Die Lage ist wunderschön wir würden immer wieder Buchen. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht und noch mehr.Der Grill ist auch sehr praktisch wenn man mal nicht Essen gehen möchte. Vielen Dank nochmal Kevin und wir werden uns wieder sehen viele Grüße aus Germany Hamburg”

“This house was perfect for my family vacation. It had everything we needed steps to the beach. The house had plenty of space and privacy with 3 floors. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking and the snack bowl was a nice touch! We were concerned with sharing the pool but our neighbors were lovely. Would definitely come back and recommend this house. “We had a great time here. Beds and couches were comfy, balcony was cozy, kitchen was well stocked. There are lots of supplies in the garage for the beach, which is only one minute away. We used the wagon, the beach toys, and a big umbrella for shade. Evening swims in the community pool were a great way for the kids to wind down before bed. Thanks so much for hosting us! “It was perfect. So accessible to the restaurants and beach, while be tucked into a cute little private neighborhood. The house was clean and supplied with everything we needed. There were some things (spices, aluminum foil, pool toys) left behind by previous guests. We left our extra stuff behind. It was so convenient! The pool was great, and cleaned twice during our stay. The house itself was clean and very spacious! We will be staying here again in the future.”

“This was “our home” for 8 days and the owners and Seaside Properties do a wonderful job of making you feel as though you are in your home relocated to beautiful IRB. The owners have exquisite beach-themed decor - which is sometimes not provided in a rental home. This was an amazing place to stay and we cannot wait to return. The location is very close to many restaurants in walking distance.”

The only complaint would be the rental company didn’t respond with correspondence regarding the construction of the pool(that we had no idea was happening during our stay, until two weeks prior to our stay.). Please know that there is no negative reflection on the rental property itself. Would definitely stay at this location again.”

“This is an amazing home and location. Away from the heavy traffic of St Pete yet close enough. The beach across the road is amazing and all needed accessories are available. Walking distance to a great little coffee shop and a great dive bar. The house was immaculate and incredibly clean. I would book again 100% when heading back to the area.”

“Everything about our stay @ this beautiful home was absolutely perfect!!! We didn’t want for anything!! The house was super clean & had everything we needed from towels to beach chairs, fishing poles, great lounge chairs around the pool, great beds, linens & pillows! The outdoor kitchen was awesome & had all the cooking utensils you would ever need!!! We loved having the golf cart to go to the beach as well! "Live music: Extremt högljudd livemusik varje dag mellan lunch och 8-9pm. Tunna väggar gjorde att det var svårt att prata inne på rummet på grund av musiken utanför. Poolen: Stor pool som tyvärr var väldigt smutsig, både skräp och sand och blad. Många stolar vid poolen så enkelt att få plats. Poolhanddukar ingår. Rum: ok standard. Kök med spis och kylskåp. Litet badrum. Stort plus för balkong mot havet (Gulf front). Frukost ingår ej. Stranden är fantastisk! Härlig vit strand med klart vatten. Långgrunt. Många restauranger, affärer och shopping i närheten. "
