Ett trevligt hotell med god mat. Tyvärr så var det mycket ljud från byggen i närheten så vi kunde inte nyttja pool utan fick gå ner till havet.

I don't feel it lives up to its advertised 5-star rating. In my opinion the overall experience was closer to that of a 3-star The hotel is located in a fairly rural area with very few amenities, shops or attractions nearby. While the beach is roughly a 30-40 minute walk away and taxis are generally easy to find, you're still largely reliant on the hotel's facilities and services The biggest disappointments was the service. Staff were often difficult to find, particularly those promoting local excursions and trips, despite having dedicated desks within the hotel. On the occasions I did interact with staff, I found them unhelpful and, at times, quite rude. For example, I was initially advised that a late checkout could be arranged for an additional fee, which I was happy to pay, but when I later tried to organise it, I was simply told it was no longer possible without any explanation. The security staff outside were also frequently abrupt and unwelcoming, which only added to the feeling that customer service was not a priority. There were some genuine positives. The food was excellent, with huge variety of options available throughout the stay and something to suit almost everyone. The entertainment was also a highlight, especially for families and children. There were shows and activities most evenings, which were enjoyable and well organised.
