“Alan was super accommodating and understanding, which I really appreciated! Such a clean, cozy and adorable guest house! They had a beautiful yard as well. I had everything I needed staying here and the check in/check out process was very easy. I travel to this area for work frequently throughout the year, will definitely stay again! ”

“The property was very clean. It looked and felt like new construction or new renovation. The host had provided many more essentials than were listed - from toothbrushes and mouthwash to K-cups and whatever one might want in your coffee. The guest manual was very thorough and the host was easy to communicate with. The property is located in a friendly neighborhood not far from all the shops and Coolidge Park in the North Shore area. The only caveat would be for guests who have limited mobility...

“What a wondedful weekend. My sister and I took our Dad to celebrate his 80th birthday. He loves being in the country loves trains, and he especially loves donkeys...lol. So this farmhouse experience was perfect. We booked the weekend and also did the dinner train out of Chatanooga which was only a 25 minute ride to get to. Sydney was an amazing host and very accommodating, going out of the way to make our stay comfortable, especially for my disabled Dad.”

“Tammy and Mark are very nice and quick to respond. Their place is clean and beds are comfortable. We were able to park two boats with hook up outside to charge. Close to Dayton boat dock. We will stay there again. ”
