“The property was great for our girls weekend! We loved coming back to the property after a day out exploring Franklin. The space is perfect for a family or small group and can comfortably accommodate 5 people. The yard and property begged to be enjoyed. Staying here made our visit more enjoyable and we loved getting to meet Mark and Damon! ”

“Were it not for a hurricane, the grounds around the main house would be beautiful. The owner/operator family, like other victims, is building back as quickly as possible. The interim condition of the exterior shows what they went through. The unaffected main house and our guest room were well-appointed and very attentive. The breakfast buffet provided to all their guests was extraordinary extravagant, as delicious and varied as you’ll find anywhere! A true 5-star experience.”

“Property was a perfect retreat after a couple long days in Nashville. Living room had games, books, and a great TV to wind down with. The beds were comfy and sheets were clean. I appreciated the fans, laundry baskets, blankets, soaps, towels, etc that made it feel more like home. Kitchen/laundry was clean. All around, a great property that I'd definitely stay at again!”

“The host is on top of it and incredibly helpful and Responds quickly to requests and questions. The place is cute, clean and comfortable. The location is safe and close to cafe’s and shops, it’s very walkable. Would def stay here again. ”

“We came to Nashville for the weekend to go to the flea market and go antiquing. The guest cottage was clean and quiet during our stay. It was convenient to the major roads in Nashville. Erin was very easy to communicate with, and made check in and out a breeze! Very cute space!”

"Great apartments in Nashville! Modern, spacious and clean. The whole hotel is modern and feels mor European than American, which is great! It is possible to walk to downtown, and the area offers free parking on the streets around the hotel, so no need for their expensive valet parking (also a public parking garage 100m from the hotel for approx. 20usd/24h). Only problem was the soundproofing, very poor between the rooms, you heard the persons in the rooms next to you easily. However, the staff in the reception is rude and unfriendly. But if you manage to ignore them you will have a nice stay here. "
