Motell i Coastal Connecticut

“Ett motell vid vägen så visst brus av trafik får man räkna med. Närhet till långa vackra stränder men ej promenadvänligt så detta passar bilburna. Vill man vila ut mellan utflykterna finns utomhuspool att svalka sig i.”

“Dreadful stench of public bathroom-like smell welcomes you as you walk into the lobby. Litter everywhere, paint on the wall is dirty and peeling off, elevator stinks of urine, no electricity in hallways. Toilet doesn't flush. No towels, no blankets. Customer service/Reception was a joke. I can go on and on. The entire hotel interior and exterior look like something from a horror movie with lights flickering all over the place. RUN!!!”

“. Point one is not a luxurious hotel but it’s simple. It’s right near the beaches. Everything is in walking distance. The staff was so helpful. I couldn’t leave at 11 because I was waiting for a ride and it was pouring and he didn’t charge me extra. he let us stay. I would definitely go there again.”

“What We Liked: Al was incredibly helpful and friendly during check-in and check-out (bravo!). The balconies overlooking the beach and water were really nice. The elevator was a pleasant amenity. Room is clean, but dated. What We Wish Was Better: There wasn’t a pool (no surprise, but next time I’ll look for one). The mattress didn’t quite meet the ‘resort or inn’ standard, and the fitted sheet kept coming off. They should consider upgrading the bedding! The bathroom was small, with only a...

“The reception clerk was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. I did not use the microwave so I have no idea if it functions properly. The AC was incredibly loud but then again, better have one than not in the summer. Otherwise it was quiet through the night. Takes a few minutes for the hot water in the shower.”
