Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is conveniently located in the midtown area close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment nearby. With a private outdoor space including grill, dining, and hot tub, our home offers an ideally and centrally located retreat to those who stay.

This contemporary haven allows you to indulge in the seclusion provided by the fully fenced backyard, ideal for your furry friend to explore while you sizzle up a storm on the private grill or rest in the hot tub. Unwinding after a long day in the brand new six-person hot tub is the perfect end to a day filled with hours of adventure! The spacious backyard is wonderful for kids as well since the green grass is a great space for kids to run arounding playing tag. The bunk room is stocked with games, books, and includes a desk for studying or work.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
