Sapphire Beach Areal, helt enkelt en av ett slag och helt privat, är den stora poolen omgiven av vackra trädgårdar och helt inhägnad. De utökade trädgårdar är tropiskt och skryta kreativa och pittoreska guld fiskdammar. Det är en fantastisk tillgänglig regnskog promenad och massor av areal för sport och bara låta håret ner.

Tucked away family bush escape

Fantastic place for a relaxing extended family get together! Great entertaining spaces and lovely bush outlook with wallabies and a friendly horse. Close to great beaches with shops / Coffs not to far away for other activities. Great that it was dog driendly but missing a grassy fenced area for small dogs. Will definately be back again!

Best holiday home yet

So relaxing, quiet ,close to Mooney Markets close to beautiful beaches , the house has plenty of room the only thing is the spiral staircase to main bedroom but overall loved it will definitely go back

More than expected!

The house was spotless with beautiful furnishings and in an incredibly beautiful setting. We were 4 adults and 2 infants and the house provided ample common spaces for us to be together or apart. The beds were comfortable and the spa bath was heaven after a hard day playing in the pool! Thank you for the ground coffee and milk in the fridge. We had a great holiday!

Very happy with the home overall. Plenty of room for an extended family. Main problem was outside of the bedrooms, the extra bedding was uncomfortable for adults. Saggy and foam mattress. Luckily we took a couple of blow up beds. Our host was great, nothing was too much trouble

Annual getaway with friends to different locations. This house had great spaces, lovely pool and outdoor entertainment areas. However it’s cleanliness not up to scratch. No power point in ensuite bathroom, spiderweb everywhere, cockroaches seen on several occasions, saw mice that had bitten into fruit. Host when contacted very helpful. Feel aircon in main area would be helpful . Overall a great house for a family or friends getaway. We enjoyed our stay.

Friends weekend

Four couples went down for a weekend away to watch the local music festival at Moonee Beach Hotel. We absolutely loved the house and property and can’t wait to take our kids back. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, gorgeous outlook and of course a lovely pool to swim in. We had a great time playing pool in the entertainment room and even enjoyed a board game that was in the cupboard. Absolutely loved having the resident horse - we called him Frank! Only a 5min drive to the tavern, straight off the highway. Highly recommend.

Overall we had a wonderful time, plenty of space for a big family. Check in process was terrible , mobile reception is not the best. Make sure you have check in details before arriving at property. We were waiting sometime. Other than that no problems with the property. Especially loved the kookaburras

Large group bonding at its best.

the property was fantastic a large house with heaps of space to spread out close to shops for those usual things that run out all the time and close enough to Coffs to visit without a fuss. the property has a living room and entertainment room with more tables and chairs so we know what to do with a fire pit away from the house with some chairs. the back deck near the entertainment room backs onto a pasture containing the loveliest horse who often came up to say hello and get some pats. the pool yard is also lovely and the main deck overlooks it for easy supervision. The only things I would point out is that there is a pool table but it's well-loved, good for kids and some Kelly pool but that's about it. The stairs to the main bedroom are more like a ladder than a staircase. so be warned it's not easily accessible but it does make up for its inconvenience with a huge master bedroom with its own private balcony that overlooks some great scenery. we would gladly visit again.

Relaxing holiday

Ideal family get together, the location and house would have to be the best holiday we have had. The house is well fitted out with all you would need and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals etc, plenty of room and very spacious, the pool and the outside deck are great to relax, even if not swimming. The horse and kangaroos and bird life are an added bonus. Plenty of room outside for family fun , cricket etc. A great firepit but we ran out of time to use it. Rowland was very quick to respond if we needed anything. We would definitely come back again.

Spacious accommodation

We were a family group of 10 celebrating two Big 0 birthdays and one at 18. Yes, we were careful with the property, and removed any festive decorations. As a group from ages 11 to 83, we were delighted with the comfort of the beds, the well appointed kitchen and the two living areas which enabled varied activities to be enjoyed. Even the pool, in July, tempted brave souls.. I must add that one of the ensuite bedrooms is up a narrow, spiral staircase, which is only suitable for teens or young adults, so could not be depended upon for mature/older guests. We had a most enjoyable three day stay, and the fact that the house could allow so many areas to be used, allowing privacy or combined activities as wished, we could not have found anything better. Fabulous home!

Fantastic home for our extended family. Plenty of room to move and explore - the kids loved the pool and feeding the horse, and the bird watchers loved exploring the grounds. Great convenient location to so many beautiful places.

Beautiful stay

The property was stunning and allowed for a lot of relaxation. The house was big enough for each guest to take space. Shadow was a huge hit with our toddler, and of course the pool slide! The only downside for us was the spiral stair case to the master bedroom. We are smaller people and struggled getting up and down with our toddler, bags etc.

great place to stay

It was great apart from disappointment that we weren't advised of a power outage (replacement of a power pole). As it was a planned outage, the host must have known about it. Apart from that we agreed we would love to stay there again - everything else was perfect for us.

Family Holiday

The Estate & location is absolutely beautiful. Everyone loved Shadow, the horse & he loved the attention. Our stay for a week was brilliant with a couple of issues with not being on town water & couldn't use the bath due to muddy water & the pool needing attention.
