“Rummet städades enbart dagen innan utcheckning. Handdukar byttes ut då. Te påsar fylldes inte på. Köket saknade ung och kokplatta. Med andra ord så finns det bättre alternativ för de pengarna man betalar. Dålig service för mycket pengar.”

“If you are looking to not perhaps pay as much for The Lodge, this absolutely should be on your radar. The team, rooms, location, breakfast, all the things hit the mark. While I think the remotes likely need to be replaced (as we got the batteries replaced on day 2), due to many thumbs aggressively finding the right channel, that’s still not dropping the 5 STAR rating. We will be back and also for the location, both for walkable options and also a nice river walk, can’t go wrong.”

“I liked the proximity to the river front park for swimming and walking. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The workout room was the most updated part of the old hotel. The rooms are also updated. Walking through the hallway, it is like going back to the 1980's.”

“Cleanliness of the building and staff was very professional nice and friendly.”

“Checked in on Friday afternoon, went to dinner and came back to discover that there was no cold water in our room. Went to bed thinking it would be better in am. It wasn't, the water was so hot that taking a shower was miserable. Had early baseball game, so when we return I went to front desk to inform them and they sent the maintenance person to our room. He informed us of the new upgrade to tank water system and there were issues with 3 other rooms and he couldn't fix it and had no solution....

“Great price for a good nights stay. Breakfast was well stocked and cared for by the staff. Only downside was not having an elevator.”

“The room was clean and priced in the $100 ish per night which is was I was looking for. Breakfast was your standard scramble eggs, bacon & waffles , average but there were no surprises.”

“The room was digusting. Smelled awful. And my sink was backed up full of sewage. Absolutely foul! Will never stay there again.”

“Hotel is under construction police were there because a women's stuff was stolen from the hotel room smelled like cat piss they moved us at 12am to another room called us early in the morning and said they wanted to move us again the manager was not empathetic at all and wanted actually charge us extra we left a day early because we couldn't take it anymore aaaallll while on our father's day weekend and to top it all off they charged us for the night we weren't there so we r in dispute now....
