“Rummet städades enbart dagen innan utcheckning. Handdukar byttes ut då. Te påsar fylldes inte på. Köket saknade ung och kokplatta. Med andra ord så finns det bättre alternativ för de pengarna man betalar. Dålig service för mycket pengar.”

“The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The space was nice, but a more comfortable chair or sofa would have been preferable, especially if I had planned on spending more than one night. The automated room check in, while unexpected, worked ok. However, the key that was issued did not work and I had to go back to the lobby to have a new one issued by the clerk. “As I entered the lobby, it had a really weird smell. When I got to the room, it had a stench that we couldn’t stop smelling the entire stay.”

“If your looking for a fun place to have fun with your kids look no further! You can enjoy their amazing pool and have a picnic at their fantastic outdoot seating area. If your kidos try and play with a nerf football your family can enjoy the hotel manager calling the cops for a special night of play! So if you want a great place to stay with these wonderful amenities, loud sirens and fantastic staff this is your place. But do keep an eye on things as the area is as great as the Bates Motel.”

“I was unaware that there was no microwave or any other way to heat or cook food in room. No freezer either. TV kept beffering nonstop on the movie channels. Key kept not working and had to scan 3 times. Overall staff was ok.”

No paper towels in kitchen No coffee/coffee pot (unless you wanted to purchase one) No place to hang hand towels or kitchen towel, had to leave them on the counter No Kleenex No hand towels were in the bathroom when we arrived.
