“Stayed one night until the rest of our family arrived and was able to move into the multi-family room early since the room was not occupied. All staff were nice and very helpful. And the breakfast is amazing.”

“Room was stuffy, air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. Terrible lighting in the bathroom, shower curtain was stained black at the bottom. Mattress was hard and bumpy. You could see daylight through the side and bottom on the entry door. Highway traffic sound was loud.”

“Staff was amazing. Rooms were scary. We slept on top of the covers. Did not use the bathrooms. At $120 a night, my expectations were higher. I do appreciate the staff. She was very helpful. Parking was also a challenge. Staff helped me get a decent spot.”

“We did not go often but the bartender was not especially friendly and sometimes closed early. We thought we had time to pop down for a drink but she was already closed for the night.”

“Excellent location when attending events at The Ford center. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.”

“Overall nice and clean, but if you’re expecting to have some ice when you’re there you can forget it. I’ve machine in the refrigerator/freezer is off and empty. You have to turn the ice machine on and get about a dozen pieces of ice by morning. Inconvenient to say the least. I can think of several reasons not to have a shared ice machine but if you arrive a little late it’s a bit of an issue.”
