“We loved having the extra space of a condo versus a hotel room, and this condo was lovely, updated and included plenty of amenities. The owner responded immediately when we had a toilet leak and had it repaired ASAP. The beds weren’t super comfortable, so we had sore necks the entire time, but overall it was great. We were disappointed in the overall state of the condominium complex. It was quite rundown and the beach/swimming area wasn’t great. Additionally, there is an abandoned condo complex...

“We had an incredible stay at this property. Mary was very responsive to any questions we had, and the property was clean and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed being steps from the sand. There are loungers available on the beach and there are umbrellas poolside (which my pale skin appreciated). The entire property was very well maintained and was so quiet. The king size bed is very comfortable and the AC worked great. I would have loved a lounger or two on the deck, where I spent hours reading...

"This was a very goof choice for me. A bit pricy, but compared tp other alternatives in the area I'd say this is best value for money. Everyone was very helpful at the hotel and also at the Westin Beach, where I got beach towels and borrowed snorkeling equipment - all included as a Sunshine guest."

"HERE YOU HAVE wonderful oceansfront views from a large balcony with comfortable chairs to sit there and sun in the morning or sit there any time of day and gaze out at the beautiful beach, the waves rolling in and the seemingly endless ocean as far as the eye can see. The excellent housekeeping and very comfortable king-size beds also contributed a great deal to making our extended holiday a most pleasureable one The AC was perfect but not always needed especially with the lovely easterly winds. We enjoyed the bar kitchen with its good supply of pots and frying pans. There was an ample supply of attractive tableware.The fridge was spacioius and could be set to make all the ice cubes you couild possibly need.The stove and oven functioned to our complete satisfaction. There was also plenty of space in the kitchen cupboards as well as in the closets the latter also including an ample supply of clotheshangers including hangers for trousers. The 3 large-screen TVsets provided a large selection of channels. Unfortunately one of our favorites - TCM - here titled TCM-LA largely catered to Spanish-speaking audiences. The 2 bathrooms were well supplied with towels, toiletpaper and liquid handsoap.. The condos' washer- dryer unit was very handy and easy to operate. Detergent was also provided both for the dishwasher as well as the washer-dryer."
