“Clean room nice people and good service Perfect place in phoenixville”

“After I went there, I tried to call the hotel as this is a place without a reception. No one attended the call but I got a message asking for my First name and Last name and my mobile number. I sent the details. I got a reply that the hotel is overbooked due to technical error and that my booking is cancelled. They just left me on the road. I had to make urgent arrangements.”

“This is an exceptional place to stay. The reason it’s a 4 star not a 5 is because there were A LOT of kids for lacrosse and they screamed in the pool and took over the entire pool and lobby. They ran down the hallways and I feel the staff - who was really phenomenal- should have told the parents (who had no manners) to behave with consideration for all the guests who were staying. “This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I recently stayed here over a holiday weekend, expecting the same great experience I had on a previous visit. Unfortunately, this stay was completely different, I was shocked and very disappointed Throughout my stay, my room was never cleaned. “From 7/4-7/6 the pool WAS not available. And that’s because they allowed locals to have their 4th of July family cookouts there from 1pm til they closed the pools at 10pm. I mean so many people that you couldn’t even enjoy the pool because of all the kids & family members that was invited. When us guest paying close to $200 a night & not able to take a dip comfortably because so many people who weren’t even paid guest on the property.
