“Rummet var kallt när vi kom dit. Frukosten som skulle ingå var endast muffins, frukt och kaffe så vi fick äta frukost på en restaurang istället för att få i oss något ordentligt. En liten småstad där inte så mycket hände, men passade oss bra när vi bara bodde där på vägen till vår nästa destination.”

“The breakfast menu, or even option was NOT mentioned to me. As I waited in line I heard the front desk staff give the welcoming speal to the 3 guest in front of me checking in. But then when I checked in NOTHING! ”

“The hotel met all expectations with one exception. I had plenty of options before booking with this choice and I choose this one specifically for the EV charging. They offered EV charging but the prices was not fair but the biggest issue was the fee for not disconnecting. ”

“Very quiet location with some dining options within walking distance. Convenient to highways for easy travel. Good breakfast with some hot choices. Room was nice but travelers should understand this is Hilton’s minimalist hotel venture. For instance, No closet or coffee maker, but there was a mini fridge. Staff did not seem well trained to deal with problems either. The tv in my room did not work but the girl at front desk had no idea what to do about it. She said there was no one to call for...

“Unfriendly place, the breakfast was not good. It feels like a cheap hotel. Hyatt tume down! The Hyatt does not live up to its reputation”

“Ownership of hotel changed the night we arrived. We were the second customer under the new management. They also required a $100 deposit on a paid room. Both facts would have been nice to know when I booked the room earlier that week as I would have booked elsewhere. The front desk has a big tv recording your every move. Did not make me feel like I was in a safe environment or a trusted customer. Room was not clean. Dust on coffee table that could be written in - it was that thick. Nightstand...

“Element hotels is my favorite hotel chain. Coming here felt like coming home. The room, cleanliness, breakfast, lobby/working area, amenities, the staff - everything is great. The only complaint I have is that the light inside the closet kept lighting up randomly at night making it hard to sleep, so I had to open the blackout curtain to avoid the constant shift in lighting - but would have preferred to have it dark. Would 100% stay here again and could not recommend it more!”

“This is was complete disappointment. I ended up eating the costs of just checking out early. The bar basically had nothing stocked. The restaurant menu was subpar. The bartender was unprofessional, disrespectful and abrasive. I have stayed at motels with better people and amenities than this. ”

“They stated they had a hot tub.. Was very excited because my daughter had a tournament and it is good for her recovery after games.. So when we went to the pool didnt see the hot tub. Asked front desk and they said new owner's filled in the hot tub.. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The pool was so dirty my daughter wouldn't peven get in it. The breakfast was funny.. They did have good potatoes. They had a fruit salad but only enough for 10 people and couldn't refill again because it was gone. Very floppy...
