“Clean room nice people and good service Perfect place in phoenixville”

“After I went there, I tried to call the hotel as this is a place without a reception. No one attended the call but I got a message asking for my First name and Last name and my mobile number. I sent the details. I got a reply that the hotel is overbooked due to technical error and that my booking is cancelled. They just left me on the road. I had to make urgent arrangements.”

“This is an exceptional place to stay. The reason it’s a 4 star not a 5 is because there were A LOT of kids for lacrosse and they screamed in the pool and took over the entire pool and lobby. They ran down the hallways and I feel the staff - who was really phenomenal- should have told the parents (who had no manners) to behave with consideration for all the guests who were staying. The staff did not and the guests including us could not use the pool or sleep until 10:00pm when the pool was...

“This stay exceeded my expectations. I stayed with my son for a local soccer camp. The kitchenette was great! The room was well appointed. But, the best surprise was the quality of breakfast (frittatas, sandwiches, Chobani yogurt, gluten free options)! I highly recommend this place.”

“Room was clean, breakfast was a plus, however a lot of families checking in and the pool isn’t that big nor is anyone cleaning it. Nice place for a quick get away but consider the date if you’d like to swim in the pool, I went on 4th of July. It was pretty full, too many kids at once.”

“Everything was really great, We enjoyed freezing AC in the height of summer, The lobby cafe had good coffee and decent pastries. The fitness center was well appointed. In the room, the beds were super comfortable, the shower was clean, hot and had good water pressure. There were soft absorbent towels, and although the provided toiletries were minimal, it was everything you would really need and was good quality. Parking easy too!”
