This is it! Come relax in comfort in our quiet secluded private ranch home. Experience nature and all the splendor of Colorado. At Elk Springs ranch, we are close to the national forest, hiking, fishing, and 4 wheeling and frisbee disc golf.

Spacious 2 story living environment that sleeps 13+ with a large deck, stunning views of the stars and a wood burning fireplace..

The Chalet is 2700 square feet and is only 3 years old. It has 700 sqft of decks. It provides 1 King master bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 queen sofa sleepers, 4 bunk beds and a twin single bed. The chalet sleeps 12 or more.

Guests will have access to the main floor and upper floor. There is no access to the garage or upper floor office. Check in is at 4:00 and check out is at 10:00. The hosts will be staying on the property and will be available for guests. Hosts honor guests’ privacy, so you may see them on the property feeding the animals, or outside on occasion, but they are available for anything you may need anytime, just give them a call. Other than that, you will have total privacy.

Guest has access to 10-20 acres on the ranch to explore. If hiking around the ranch place be aware of the fact, that there are holes dug out from animals, and guest needs to be sure to wear suitable shoes. Guest also needs to be aware that this is Colorado, we have wildlife, like Elk, deer, large prey birds and bear so take care with small pets and children at night or unattended.

• If you are having trouble making calls, just enable WIFI calling on your phone, you should be able to send texts, make calls from the property. Have high speed internet (Starlink)
