Welcome to our lovely home! We are excited to have you as our guest and we are committed to ensuring that your stay is enjoyable and comfortable.

Our home is spread across two floors. The ground floor includes the kitchen, living area, laundry facilities, a half bathroom, and the dining space. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The sleeping arrangements include a king bed, a queen bed, and two full-sized beds. The first and second bedrooms are equipped with 60-inch Smart TVs.

The layout of our home features communal areas on the ground floor and private quarters upstairs, including a full bathroom.

The property we booked was actually in the middle of a new renovation. There was a mix up with the listing not supposed to be available because of this but the property owner quickly resolved the issue and had us stay in the adjacent unit which was a little nicer and a little more expensive but we didn’t have to pay the difference. The area around the place has a lot of different ethnic restaurants and it’s conveniently 15-20 minutes from Easton, Polaris, and the zoo. You can get around pretty much everywhere we wanted to go while avoiding major highways, even up to Tanger outlets. Everything we needed was provided and it was an overall positive experience.

The duplex was nice. Clean, comfy bed, big bedrooms, and a nice outdoor space. The duplex needs finishing touches - hand rails on stairs, grout in some spots in the bathroom, hooks to hang things up in bathrooms, more bedroom storage, shower caddy, and removing stickers on doors and furniture, foam protectors in the fridge. These are the purchase stickers when someone buys an item and the items have label stickers (part A connects to part B). The decor wasn’t my style but everything was there to make a stay relaxing. As for repairs there was a nail sticking out of one of the stair treads. The host responded but it took 2 days to fix. I couldn’t get the downstairs TV to turn on. It ended up being the batteries but again it took two days to fix and that was after some back and forth conversations with the host. The kitchen was nice but lacked pots and pans so cooking was challenging. Location -The location was great for me because of where I was going everyday. It was central to every thing. There is a good bit of road noise and the neighborhood isn’t great. There were a lot of lawns that hadn’t been mowed and lots of old furniture and garbage sitting around. It didn’t feel safe for walking because there were no sidewalks. Overall, for a two week trip it served its purpose. I don’t know that I would stay there again mostly because of the neighborhood and lack of walkability.

Family visit

The place was was completely updated and very clean. It was only minutes from the highway exit. The rooms were spacious especially the bedrooms. The backyard was fenced in with a large covered patio and new furniture, it was a great space for our 2 yr old grandson to play. The ony drawback was the duplex was on a older street with multipal rental units and some of them were not well maintained. The property had lots of outdoor lighting to see when we returned after dark. I would definitely stay here again.

Took my daughters and a friend to see a concert that was in town and booked this for a 2 night stay. Learned a lesson on my part to Google the address and check out the street view. Got in late and couldn’t get a good look around. Pulled up and there was a motion sensor alarm above the garage that went off several times when cars would drive by. I messaged the property manager to see if it was something we were doing wrong but didn’t hear back. I messaged the following day regarding the general cleanliness of the place and heard back a couple of hours later. Overall it just didn’t feel clean (floors, door handles, surfaces). It seems to be an older duplex and that they are working on improvements, but it was overall just rough. Couple of areas with holes in the walls/doors, old door handles/hardware, and pieces of trim missing. We needed up deciding not to stay the second night and got a hotel room instead.

The property was nice and clean. Owners responded quickly were I sent them a message. The only issue was lighting not working in two of the bedrooms. I contacted the owner and they offered to fix it asap

Perfect location, so glad we chose this over a hotel

Needed a homebase during Christmas for a family reunion. Location was great - close to Westerville and the highway but quiet and tucked away. Older home and a new listing but I can tell they are putting a lot into place. Lots of space to spread out for some quiet time, new appliances , nice TVs and lighting everywhere. Very clean. Floors were a little squeaky.
