“Got an upgrade during check-in, from Full Pod to a Queen Pod, which was a nice touch. The staff I was talking to was nice as well. The room was great in overall, even though its small size. For a solo traveler it was no problem at all. Not that noisy, neither from the outside nor from the hallway. Good air condition as well. The only downside was the cleanliness when I first entered it. “Rummet med två queensizesängar var ganska litet men funkade bra för familj på fyra personer. Det var rent och fräscht men städades (bäddning och nya handdukar) bara varannan dag. Vi fick ingen städning efter två nätter utan först efter den tredje när vi sagt till i receptionen. Vi bodde på 35:e våningen och blev varnade vid incheckning att det kunde ta lång tid med hissen. “The hotel was overall very nice and in a great location! Cleaning was very good and the room was confortable. However, we were 4 people in one room and sometimes wouldn't get the right amount of towels, despite pointing it out. We were also sometimes missing schampoo and shower things. Considering us being 4 people, it would have been good if we got more. The room has a kitchen, but there was some necessary kitchen supplies lacking. Overall however, a great stay!”

“Very noisy neighbourhood, as of a nightclub across the street. Grumpy staff that never put a smile on their face. Not clean hotel rooms, and not daily cleaning. Had to remind for almost two days. Awful breakfast in the in-house restaurant. However, my compliments to the muscular man in the door, as he was so friendly and committed to his work. Same goes for the short person behind the desk. Without you this hotel should not work at all. ”

“A classic hotel in the middle of midtown. Subway in the corner of the hotel, Penn station across the road. Easy to walk to Times Square in 10 min. Breakfast resturant in the bottom floor. Nice beds. Second time I visited the hotel. Recommend!”

“Riktigt bra läge, när till det mesta. Sköna sängar och rum med litet kök. Precis som många skrivit så är det mycket ljud från ventilationen som inte går att stånga av, så öronproppar är ett måste. Strikt 19 års gräns på rooftop baren. Över lag ett vettigt bor den trots att frukosten inte levererade. ”

It does the job

"Room was spacious but could certainly use a face lift. No lobby area where you can sit down and work. Location is great for Broadway shows. Just a couple of blocks to Central Park. Unclear and odd communication style when asking about additional fees for adding one guest (making it two instead of one in the booked double room). Could stay here again"

Bra hotel med bra läge.

"Generellt väldigt bra och bra läge. Hissarna tog väldigt lång tid och strulade vid några tillfällen och då vi bodde på våning 33 kändes det som att trappen inte var så lockande. Men, detta hände endast 2ggr så kan ha överseende med det. "

One week stay

"Got an upgrade during check-in, from Full Pod to a Queen Pod, which was a nice touch. The staff I was talking to was nice as well. The room was great in overall, even though its small size. For a solo traveler it was no problem at all. Not that noisy, neither from the outside nor from the hallway. Good air condition as well. The only downside was the cleanliness when I first entered it. The chair was covered in dust, the table and also the accessories on the table. The floor mat was covered in dirt and dust near the door, but looked okay in the other parts of the room. Also the door itself looked pretty filthy with stains. The bathroom was clean, however. The hotel's location is very good, with walking distance to the subway, Time Square, restaurants, bars and many other things. The area outside felt safe in daytime, but can sometimes feel a bit uncomfortable at night - about 3-400 meter east from the hotel (some kind of construction work of that street) where some strange people are hanging out. "
