There should be more specific info about each accommodation in the welcome pack and options to contact the owner directly given this was the weekend and the office was closed. ”

“1) The gas stove in the kitchen wasn’t working at all except the smallest one on the front left. We reported it to someone while preparing for dinner but no one called us back throughout the stay. 2) The basin in the middle bathroom was clogged and we couldn’t find anything to fix it. 3) Couldn’t use the DVD player at all.”
