We had a few issues with the gate at check in, but George was quick to respond and great to work with. “Ich war mit 5 Freundinnen in dem Haus. Es war ein wunderschöner aber nicht perfekter Urlaub. Leide gab es ein paar Kleinigkeiten die während dem Aufenthalt aufgefallen sind. Jedoch wurde immer sofort und total Netz auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und sich direkt drum gekümmert. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Was man noch beachten muss, man kommt nicht mit dem Auto direkt zum Haus, kann auch nur zwei Straßen entfernt parken. Der Garten und der Pool waren traumhaft.”

“Villa Martina was the perfect place for our family stay in July. The views of Lake Como are absolutely stunning and having a private boat dock out back made it even more special. The villa is spacious with multiple suites on different levels, giving everyone room to relax. We loved that there were great restaurants just a short walk away. A truly amazing experience from start to finish.”

“The property was good and we enjoyed our stay. The address provided was incorrect, it is number 29 rather than 9 so that caused some confusion when we arrived. It is also uphill from the town so would recommend a car or a taxi. There were no Ubers available in Menaggio. The view from the property is beautiful and the house worked well for us.”

“My extended family (12 people) spent an amazing week at this property. The property exceeded our expectations considerably, it's absolutely pristine and has amazing views. About a 10 minute walk to Menaggio with lots of charming shops, restaurants etc.Laura helped us arrange private chefs and boat tours, was very responsive and kind. This is an expensive place, but it offers great luxury and beauty. A good value I'd say. My only warning will be that the drive to/from Como is not for the faint of...

Not just with the villa, but with local reservations and transportation.They really became like family. We had everything we needed from Wi-Fi to access to the most beautiful view with fabulous facilities. You can't do better than this. “The prperty was within a 5 minute walk to vila vittoria and suited our families needs perfectly. Check in was super easy. We appricated all the necessary supplies for a comfortable stay. The prperty was nice and clean the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were roomy. The water in the hot tub never heated up, but we most likely missed a step to get it going. The attic shower leaks where the door meets, and a coat of fresh paint would certainly brighten the main floor.Our overall experience...
