“This place was a total sleaze bag motel! It’s right off the freeway looks run down and the parking lot was empty except for the two women sitting in a black car with blacked out windows. The attendant wasn’t even in the office came running over and got us in our room. The women in the black car tracking us the entire time. We didn’t stay long as we were headed out to a concert. Got a call from the attendant saying she needed to get my credit card and then a call back saying she found it and it...

“I stayed for two nights , as arriving Sharon at the desk greeted me it was immediately a warm welcome with her and her humor. She warned me about the sold out solf ball tournament that was being held in Greenville so she put me on the 4th floor to prevent all the noise from the children there . The hotel is new and clean . My only problem when I enter my room the sink was clogged up with hair but I called the front desk and they had it fixed . The next day I asked for housekeeping but never got...

“The room was clean and the (for purchase) breakfast was good. The cafe staff were very nice. The front desk people (multiple) were rude. The coffee maker in my room was broken. I was told I could purchase coffee by front desk staff since she didn’t know anything about the room coffee makers (cafe wasn’t open, she said she’d just make it). Then she forgot about me entirely for 15 minutes so I just left and bought a coffee. The pool malfunctioned and was inoperable for three days. We were told...

“I was not informed of the construction when I made my reservation. Main entrance was closed. There was a small side door marked temporary entrance on the side of the building and the front desk was out of a hotel room. My room was renovated and clean however my window was covered in plastic on the outside and the pool was closed. They said they would give IHG points to comp and didn't.”

Returned and got a new message to come back after cleaning at 5pm, returned and was told there are other rooms available but they could not give me one just now because the system could not show how many was cleaned.
