âVery bad service. Got a very noisy room on the short end facing the freeway. Asked about possibilities to switch room, guided to come back after checkout 3pm. Returned and got a new message to come back after cleaning at 5pm, returned and was told there are other rooms available but they could not give me one just now because the system could not show how many was cleaned. Changing people all the time not communicating between each others. Gave up even though I knew they had many rooms...

âGreat 24/7 coffee bar in lobby with decaf coffee, assorted teas, creams, stevia and other sweeteners and great assortment of teas and honey and lemon.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. Real pillows.
Staff is friendly and courteous and great breakfast included.
Nice, roomy and comfortable lobby with business center. Will definitely stay there againâ

âMy wife and i stayed at this hotel and very much enjoyed it. We liked the bar in the lobby. Everyone was very nice. THe pool was nicely heated for our grandchildren. Breakfast was good. Staff was great.â
