“Exactly as described. Very easy to work with”

“Perfect location for Lake Shore Park and good food within walking distance.”

“Close to walnut beach, comfortable beds, meets basic needs for a small group or family.”

“Nice place to stay right off the strip.”

“Great place right off the strip”

“Great location. Walkable to town. Very clean home and very comfortable. Great backyard and front and back decks. Great amenities”

“Loved the snacks! It was easy to park and get into our stay. Don’t look under the bed or couch! Dust bunnies galore! Other than that, it was pretty clean and we only had minor issues with the WiFi.”

“VERY CLEAN! GREAT LOCATION!”

“Mark's property was a fantastic stay for us. His house sits on a beautiful property looking over to the Great lakes. His home is beautiful with everything you will need. We really enjoyed having access to the lake.”

“The location and the house itself is nice, but it definitely needs some TLC…The walk to the water has a steep incline (difficult for older people). The picnic table, located closer to the water, had weeds growing up through, and around it. One of the rockers on the main deck was broken, as was the table umbrella. There was, (what appeared to be) two different blink cameras aimed toward the sitting area…Didn’t like the idea of being watched while lounging on the deck. Cell service was spotty...

“We had a fabulous time. Weather wasn’t the best, but we made the most of it. Condo was super clean and host was very prompt with all communication. This is definitely a must visit again spot. Thank you so much.”

“Second time staying with Sunset. Property always clean, and excellent communication with host. My favorite part is the taxi service after our girls night. The gentleman are so nice, and very quick to respond.”

“This was a wonderful place to stay! It was centrally located to everything my group wanted to do while we on our trip. There was plenty of space and we were very comfortable. The only thing that would have made it absolutely perfect is curtains in the bedrooms.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and located in a great area with stunning views. The host was friendly, responsive, and made communication effortless from booking through checkout. The home was stocked with everything we needed and had all the great amenities, including hot tub, grill, fire pit, screened in lake view porch, to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone...

“The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for…everything we needed in a comfortable and cozy spot.”

“Our 3rd visit and we can’t get enough of the Lake Erie view. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, private beach area, huge deck, comfy living areas, incredible lake view, AMAZING host make this vacation home perfect.Vineyards, distilleries, covered bridges - so much to do nearby.”

“We had an absolutely spectacular time during our stay at this property! Aaron was an excellent host and helped us promptly anytime we required it. The house was extremely clean and well cared for. We had so much fun exploring the area and sitting out at the campfire each night making family memories! We would 100% recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a great home base for enjoying the outdoors!”

“It's within a decent distance from the main strip. There's a lot of places to look at the lake. If you plan on swimming in the lake, I would definitely bring a lot of conditioner to get moss out of your hair”
