“The location and the house itself is nice, but it definitely needs some TLC…The walk to the water has a steep incline (difficult for older people). The picnic table, located closer to the water, had weeds growing up through, and around it. One of the rockers on the main deck was broken, as was the table umbrella. There was, (what appeared to be) two different blink cameras aimed toward the sitting area…Didn’t like the idea of being watched while lounging on the deck. Cell service was spotty...

“The property was located at the end of a quiet street away for the noise of the Strip. The entire property has been renovated with upscale touches such as keyless entry, a keurig coffee maker, Blackstone grill, full kitchen with amenities and a full sized washer and dryer. It also included a fireplace and air conditioning. The front porch had seating and an umbrella and the back porch included a very nice wooden table and a peaceful water feature.
