“Breakfast buffet was a disaster-out of food 1-1 1/2 hours before breakfast was done at 9 AM-offering for vegetarians a disaster. Worst experience in all of our travels.”

“The view was great and we loved the first floor water view with a patio. That said there was a massive wet spot in the hotel floor by the wall next to the toilet. There was no air conditioning (they knew this ahead of our stay). The pool was closed and a staff member said it would be closed for hours for reasons unknown, then when it was almost check out time a different staff person said that wasn’t true that they only close it for 15 min every morning. No one told us at check in. Tried to eat...

“My room was satisfactory as far as cleanliness. So many things went wrong... first of all I called the hotel before my stay to find out what the dog fee would be and was told $25 per night. I get to the hotel and while checking in I was told that the manager had just raised the fee to $40 per night, even though the form I was made to sign had $25 per night - the lady at the front desk checking me in would not let me pay $25 and insisted I had to pay $40. I paid over $600 for 2 nights, which is...

“What a wonderful place, the view from the balcony was serene . The fresh fruit at breakfast. The heater in the bathroom. The cookies at night. The staff was so friendly and we felt well taken care of. This is a place I would like to stay longer at.”

“Spacious and clean room with convenient underground parking that was easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was close to downtown and within walking distance of the Bainbridge Troll and other nearby attractions. We had a great stay and would happily return.”

“It’s really hard to beat this hotel if you’re going to Bremerton, especially by ferry. It’s a short walk to the ferry terminal, buses, bars, restaurants and parks. With great sculpture and fountains! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was better than expected. If only they had a pool! But that would likely drive up the price.”

“Clean and organized room. Quite and private area”

“Staff is very friendly. It is a rundown place and the cleaning is not the best. Our toilet clogged twice. There was a cig butt on the balcony. There was no soap at all but 4 small containers of lotion. We went out and bought some handsoap and showergel. What Made the stay still enjoyable was the view from the balcony. However we could not eat breakfast out there because it was not clean. But the staff was very friendly which was nice. ”

“Breakfast was amazing. This was above and beyond. Delicious waffles and breakfast sandwiches, and wide variety! Parking was good We’ve stayed in Bremerton multiple tints and would highly recommend. Great location near shops and freeway.”
