“Small space turned into a garage, the owner stays at the house next door and they watch you like a hawk! Owners were terrible, shows a spa but not allowed to use it. Do yourself a favor and find a better rental”

“Bill and Judy are super sweet. I had a few hiccups with VRBO and same day booking, however Bill made it as easy as possible. Once we made it to the house it was even better then the pictures. From the kitchen to the rooms, and kids room we had a great time and would loved to return one day. Thank you Bill and Judy you are the beesssst!!!”

“Cottage with character. Beds were comfortable & great location for an overnight before our whitewater rafting. AC in the living room was nice and strong. When we turned on the bedroom AC, bugs flew out all over the bed. Unable to open the window due to the lack of screens. Needs power washing to clean the bugs and spiderwebs. Communication was very fast with the Host.”

“What a wonderful place to enjoy time with extended family and friends! The location was amazing - so quiet and private but close to sooo much. We loved being close to the lake, restaurants, wineries, Costco, and so much more. At the same time, it was hard to leave the property, with all its great gathering spots inside and out.”

“This property was very close to where I had activities during my stay, which is why I chose it. The property was impeccably clean and sufficiently well-appointed. The host and on-site property manager were very responsive to the couple of questions I had. I was a single traveler, and although the property could sleep a couple more, it was perfect for my needs. I thought the rate was quite reasonable and a good value. Should I have the same event next year, I would definitely come back to this...

“Decent house with a few quirks... Be prepared to take a 2 minute shower. I contacted host and she said not to take back to back showers, which we were not doing at all. These were single showers. Max is 4 minutes with hot water. Not ideal! Also no hot water for dish washing, so we avoided cooking. Dishwasher was not installed and fell forward when opened. Everything else was fine. It was pet friendly, which was a big bonus - we brought our dog. The "lawn" is all pokey weeds, so dog's...

“The host was very welcoming and straightforward, anything that needed vhanging or raised concern they responded within a few minutes. The house was very cozy with a very modern and clean interior. Thr neighborhood is very quiet with an average distant dog here and there. It also had a centralized location to both sets of freeways. ”
