“Property was perfect for us as we were at a concert,so only need a place to sleep,great to have secure parking and secure building,its nothing fancy but for the price its great if you only want a place to sleep.”

“Unfortunately, I have a hard time coming up with positives for this hotel. It's close to the city centre. That's about it. And then there's everything else: - The room is bare & worn down. There's one bed, one desk, one plastic chair & wardrobes. No Tv, no extra cushions, no place to eat. Not even a waste basket in the entire room or bathroom. - The bathroom is really dirty. There were specs of dirt on the toilet lid, the shower floor was dusty, the sink was not clean. The shower did not work...

“I guess I didn’t realize the rooms were student housing, so I shared a bathroom with another suite occupant. That was okay. No available cooling source in my room, windows opened a little bit, but no air circulation on this hot week. No extra towels in bathroom. Had to ask the concierge replenish the toilet paper. Staff were all very helpful and polite. I did enjoy my stay, but it felt more like a nice hostel than a hotel.”

“Do not stay here. It is student housing that should not be listed on hotel sites as accommodation for travelers. Hostels or the street and sleeping bag are better and the "staff" are not hospitality staff, that is why they won't be availableon weekends or odd hours. There has to be a standard in Dublin for hospitality and accommodation--and someone should report what these folks are doing. There is no A/C or fan because these are not supposed to house people in the summer. It is borderline...
